The Greatest Daughter in the World is Now Four

On May 1, 2001, a beautiful little girl came into this world.  She weighed a mere 8 pounds, 8 ounces but brought us tons and tons of love.

Her smile brings so much joy to others - to us, particularly - but to complete strangers routinely.  We have to be on our guard because she wants to hug and talk to every single person that she sees.

Her biggest wish today, her fourth birthday, was to have a "Giant Care Bear" and it was supposed to be "THIIIIIIISSSS BIGGGGG" so Mommy got lucky and found the perfect one for her.

You can tell that she really, really liked her presents.  Her Barbie has been dressed, undressed, put to bed, woke up, workout clothes put on and then back to bed oh, about 372 times during the past hour.  She has called her friend Kayla about 85 times on her "Barbie Princess cell phone" and she has done a few cheers as well, with her new cheerleading stuff.

Happy, Happy Birthday, Bug - I love you!  I can't believe it was already 4 years ago that you came into our lives.  We couldn't imagine life without you!

Happy Birthday to me!  Happy Birthday to me!  I'm Four Years today, and now I'm not three!

She is SOOOOO cute! Lots of work, too, I bet. But it passes so fast. Mine are 27 and 21 now. I still can't believe how time has flown.

OMG what an awesome cutie.....congrats.....4 years flew by didn't they? Mine's five and where the heck did that time go huh?

I bet she is smart as a whip and a lovely handful....congrats and happy B-Day to her, and as I am sure I speak from the rest of TWA on this count, give here a huge hug from us all.

Happy Happy Joy Joy! Love the Care Bear, my youngest just got a CB lunch box, all her very own. My two girls would love to have a play date with you, in fact. You love Barbies, this is good. Do you like dress-up? bugs? finger paints? dancing to The Wiggles?

So many great things to do now for you, and SO MUCH TIME. Cherish your life as a little lady. :)

Can I have my stuffed bear back now that she's done with it?

What a cutie! Mine will be 9 (!!!!!) on the 26th - time flies so fast, and they're not little forever. Give her lots of hugs and tickles from Aunt R'cat, LOL.

Ahh look at how happy she is with the stuffy.
I remember when my kids were little, they were so innocent and full of wonder and awe of the world.
(They still are, just more mature about their reactions to it all ;)
Merri, take lots of pictures and video..they grow up fast and you want to cherish these moments. You and Eric have a beautiful daughter.
